Property in the form of house, shop, factory, or other building, including the open land, is a prime part of wealth for a majority of us. Just like the records for our other assets, such as bank accounts, insurance, stock market investment or even our vehicles, having intact documentation is crucial for our real estate properties as well. Most of us lack in maintaining them i.e. documentation for our real estate properties. One of the active reasons for such a lack would be falling short of awareness and knowledge for suitable documents. Such missing / incomplete portfolio bottlenecks the revenue generation through mortgaging, leasing, selling and retaining the rights of ownership at the time of disputes. Another problem that today’s property owners face is safety and maintenance of their unused property. Well ofcourse, relatives and friends are there to help,
but why depend on them when one can hire a professional service provider.
